In this weightroom strength & power program, participants 12-16 years old refine and intensify fundamental movement patterns and work to improve movement adaptability in different scenarios. We have GIRLS only classes and BOYS only classes.

BOYS FUTURES PROGRAM

THURSDAYS: 7pm Starts Jan 8 and runs until March 12

In this weightroom strength & power program, male participants 12-16 years old refine and intensify fundamental movement skills and movement adaptability in different scenarios.

A focus on mobility of the hips and ankles is critical for male adolescents as well as neck strength.

Athletes will improve work capacity at the tissue level through barbell complexes, deep tier plyometrics and challenging combative partner drills.

They will also improve ankle and foot stiffness with specific plyometrics which sets the stage for improved speed.

In this weightroom strength & power program, female participants 12-16 years old refine and intensify fundamental movement skills and work to improve movement adaptability in different scenarios.

Athletes in this program will build maximal strength through high tension strategies which are critical for reducing the risk of knee injuries.

Athletes will improve work capacity at the tissue level through barbell complexes, kettlebell complexes & deep tier plyometrics.

They will also improve ankle and foot stiffness with specific plyometrics which sets the stage for improved speed.
