  • It is completely possible to develop a group of athletes that come from different sports and are different ages in the same class because we do the basics very well. Our student-athletes learn how to move effectively with or without load and can be given a level of challenge that equates with their stage of development. This is possible because of our coaching backgrounds. We do not specialize in one sport, but instead offer our services to ALL multi-directional athletes.

  • We sure do! Just fill out the contact us form and let us know what you would like us to deliver on. We are happy to have a brainstorm meeting to discover how our services might fit well into your club or team dynamics. We can create a timeslot if space is available or we can come to you! We really love Hawaii…

  • Well for starters we have the full ENDORSEMENT from several Canadian Universities and several D1 programs in the USA. We also communicate routinely with the performance directors of the Vancouver Bandits, BC Lions, Whitecaps, Vancouver Canucks and more. The individuals at these institutions and pro sport organizations have given us feedback on our approach and have collaborated on best practices. We have their full backing. Our systems / methods are developed by 29 year veteran coach, Carmen Bott. Carmen upskills the coaches at YAD with clear learning outcomes.

  • This is a NO. We do not provide ‘work-outs’ to make your young athlete tired and sweaty. We have university level training in growth and motor development, biomechanics and physiology - far beyond what a certified personal trainer would have. We provide stage-appropriate physical development and ongoing evaluation in an environment where each student-athlete is empowered to give their very best. Nothing we do is guesswork. Our coaches have developed 100’s of athletes - this is exclusively our domain.

  • Every parents wants their child to be more explosive, and we get it. In our programs we build the best foundations for athletes to express force into the ground and demonstrate their movement. Our GAME SPEED program is unique in that we teach athletes the mechanics of moving explosively without doing boring track and field drills. However, we do ‘suggest’ those who sign up for GAME SPEED have at least one year of supervised strength training under their belt to get the most out of the curriculum. “Strong first.”

  • In sport, injuries are inevitable - of course we would like to try and mitigate risk, but sometimes athletes sprain an ankle or break a bone. If an athlete becomes injured, communicate with us first - we have the connections to get them into the right people and we have the skills to work around injuries in the gym. No need to stop completely - there is always something we can do!
