Our YOUTH programs

At YAD we offer small group youth training classes focused on physical and mental development for multi-directional team sport athletes.

Parents & Guardians can choose between our Futures BOYS or Futures GIRLS (ages 12-16) programs, which are 4-session, 1x/week commitments. Yes, you can sign up for >1 Futures session per week!

If you are looking for programs for younger athletes ages 7-11, we do offer classes for this age group. Please contact us for more information.

about our development programs

Futures program

In our futures program, we invite boys or girls ages 12+ to attend weekly. We offer our programs in 4 or 5 week cohorts, so sign up in advance. Join for one class per week (or more) and book your child in for long term strength & power development.
drop in sessions

If you cannot commit to regular weekly class, we do offer drop-ins on a first come, first serve basis. Drop-ins are always available as long as classes are on and space is available. We require 24 hours notice to book into a class and you must use the drop-in your purchase within 7 days.
Trailblazers program

In our Trailblazers Program we invite kids ages 7-11 to participate. Like the Futures Program, we offer classes in 4 or 5 week cohorts, so sign up in advance. Our Trailblazers learn to jump, skip, hop, throw and more, taught by trained physical literacy coaches.
Game Speed Program

Game speed is a unique program that combines track and field speed methods with gamified decision making elements and change of direction skills. This program does NOT allow drop-ins and students are expected to commit for an entire cohort to optimize results.
