This level of Boys Futures is for beginner or younger athletes ages 12 and 13. This will set the foundation for more advanced drills in Futures Plus.

Our girls futures ‘plus’ curriculum for those who have completed >3 months of training and are age 14 and older.

In our futures program, we invite boys or girls ages 12-16 years to attend weekly. We offer classes in cohorts of 8-12 weekly sessions, depending on the time of year. There are no drop-ins as we follow a curriculum. Join for one class per week (or more) and book your child in for long term strength & power development.

In our Trailblazers Program we invite kids ages 7-11 to participate. We offer classes in cohorts of 8-12 weekly sessions, depending on the time of year. There are no drop-ins as we follow a curriculum. Our Trailblazers learn to jump, skip, hop, throw and more, taught by trained physical literacy coaches.

Game speed is a unique program that combines track and field speed methods with gamified decision making elements and change of direction skills. This program does NOT allow drop-ins and students are expected to commit for an entire cohort to optimize results.
