BOYS FUTURES PROGRAM
In this weightroom strength & power program, male participants ~12-16 years old refine and intensify fundamental movement skills and movement adaptability in different scenarios.
A focus on mobility of the hips and ankles is critical for male adolescents as well as neck strength.
Athletes will improve work capacity at the tissue level through barbell complexes, deep tier plyometrics and challenging combative partner drills.
They will also improve ankle and foot stiffness with specific plyometrics which sets the stage for improved speed.

GIRLS FUTURES PROGRAM
In this weightroom strength & power program, female participants 12-16 years old refine and intensify fundamental movement skills and work to improve movement adaptability in different scenarios.
Athletes in this program will build maximal strength through high tension strategies which are critical for reducing the risk of knee injuries.
Athletes will improve work capacity at the tissue level through barbell complexes, kettlebell complexes & deep tier plyometrics.
They will also improve ankle and foot stiffness with specific plyometrics which sets the stage for improved speed. This is an ACL prevention program as girls are taught how to jump and land correctly.
